The Woodhatch Green Spaces Preservation Group has been formed by local residents and supporters who feel strongly that this site should remain as green belt, and countryside for continued community use. We are concerned that the council wants to develop this site, and remove historical allotment plots and football pitches, all key community assets. We consider it is inappropriate use of Green Belt land and will adversely effect all residents. The group's aim is to prevent such inappropriate development on New Pond Farm and ensure it is retained for community use. 

Our Mission

Our mission is to protect New Pond Farm from development, ensuring it is kept for community use.

We will continue to promote use of the site as green space, for health, well being, education and community cohesion.

Woodhatch Green Spaces Preservation Group will work to secure long term protection of the site, and assurance that the site will be preserved as open space, allotments and football pitches for community use.
